Warning V Core Pop-up

Hello, whilst on my PC I had a pop-up come up with Warning V Core written on it, was black with red writing, bottom right hand corner.

Anybody know what this means please

i've had that a few times, was it from ASUS AI Suite? if so I'd ignore it.

Unless it keeps doing it.
