I've honestly never heard of a water cooled laptop mate
It's not something PCS offer and these forums are just for PCS systems. You may havepre luck on an open forum like Tom's hardware
They are...

I'm looking at the new Water-cooled laptops and wondering if anyone has one and could give an honest review of them?
I doubt anyone will have reviews yet of the PCS specific laptops given they're very new though unfortunately.

Just tried selecting the liquid cooled version, and the drop down only appears briefly, long enough to see it's another £127, and then disappears and resorts to none

Real ugly though

Not the worst, but if you've got that cooler up on the desk beside you, would you not be better off going desktop, as clearly portability is not your priority.

And you'd want to be very certain of the self sealing connections, and not find a flood of water jetting towards your laptop when you disconnect it.
