Website is buggy — cancel order number nonexistent.

Hello, PCS friends!

I've ordered something from PCS and it's still in pre-production. I've changed my mind and want to order a different laptop altogether. On my account overview page there's a "Cancel an order" button, which sends you to your active orders. There, however, is no option whatsoever to cancel my order! This is ridiculous! I've been trying to cancel my order for one hour last night and I now pretty much know the whole website by heart.

Does someone know how to fix it, apart for the obvious "call them Monday morning" thing?

Have you just ordered it by chance?

I believe that after you order you can't cancel it until a day or two (possibly working days - I just don't know) later due to some initial processing or stuff going on.
If it is a brand new order you may just have to briefly wait for the option to become available, if you ordered more than a couple of days ago there is probably nothing you can do apart from contacting PCS.

Note: this is from memory - I could be wrong.
