WEI Scores again

Noticed something quite strange and unexpected after upgrading my Optimus IV from 4GB to 8GB RAM

WEI scores with 4GB RAM:

Processor: 7.6

Memory: 5.9

Aero: 5.1

Gaming: 7.1

Hard disk: 7.9

WEI scores with 8GB RAM:

Processor: 7.6

Memory: 7.4

Aero: 7.1

Gaming: 7.1

Hard disk: 7.9

My laptop has 3 slots, 2 are in use.

The only thing I can think of is that the memory is now running in dual channel mode.

Still not sure why my Aero graphics changed considering the WEI test uses the HD4000 not the 660m but hey ho just thought I'd share :smartass:

Steaky, installing my SSD took my WEI score from like 5.9 to 7.6. Therefore, WEI Score's are God, and that is final.

I installed iTunes and my WEI score dropped 1.5 points across the board.

(I also went to www.apple.com and whilst I have no photographic evidence to back it up, I swear my WEI dropped 0.1 points...)
