Weird blank post on forum

There's a weird blank post showing up on the forum, which won't appear as read once I've gone onto it, and has no content beyond the title. I'm not responding from fear it will rupture the very fabric of the forum:

I would have just used the Report button - but as you can see, there isn't one.

I think it just needs to be approved by a moderator.

Yep, it was created, approved, then edited, at which point it needed approving again, I could swear I'd approved the edited one earlier actually, so either I didn't, or I did and it was edited again making it require approval again.
