Weird Grinding Sound

I recieved my PC today ,set it all up and when I load something theres a weird kind of grinding sound, any idea what this is? Is it normal?

most likely a fan, make sure nothing is in the way of any of them

When you load something - probably the Caviar Black. It can be noisy, especially following a clean installation when Windows is still indexing etc.

If it's louder than it should be then maybe it's vibrating against the case?

Just checked the fans and they're all fine, sounds like its coming from the Caviar, just put the case back on and loaded up again, its gotten loader :/ ok now its stopped lol

You have a problem with your pc temperature-I'm sure 100% have seen this a lot.

that would be the caviar black. It does make a grinding noise sometimes.

as others have said, its the Cavier Black. Mine surprises me at how loud it can be sometimes lol.

Yeah it's definetly coming from the caviar, thanks for the help guys

I doubt it's overheating, it's like a freezer in there lol

My Caviar Black tends to be a bit noisy at times as well.
