Just looking through my AppData > Roaming folder and I came across a folder called, fltk.org

Wiki

Do I need it or can I delete it?

Also what are these:

.mono
Corel
Handbrake
Intel Corporation - when I try to delete it, it says the administrator needs to delete it
library_dir

I also deleted some other folders that had no files in them.

Most of the stuff in the AppData folder is settings for programs you have installed, so for example I presume you have some Corel software installed - or had some installed at some point.

If you remove stuff from the AppData folder you might suddenly find your settings for applications (who were using said folders) have gone back to default and no longer set up as you remember - and you may have to re-save log-in details as such (I'm not sure whether it would also stop some applications from working entirely - I just don't know - might just be me being pessimistic).

Personally I wouldn't remove any Intel folders, that may just lead to a not-working system.

I agree with Rakk 100%, the AppData folder is hidden for exactly the reason that mucking about with it's contents is not advised unless you really know what you're doing. Deleting folders from any of the AppData subfolders could easily lead to a non-working system, on the other hand, redundant data in AppData will do no harm at all. So please leave it alone. :)
