All intended uses?

You fitting your own GPU? If so what?

If gaming, what monitor are you using?

Impossible to say anything sensible for sure without knowing the above.

For most general uses I'd say to bin off the soundcard as either you're fine with onboard 7.1 audio, or you're not in which case grabbing a random gamer-oriented soundcard is not what you're after.
And drop the USB card. Mobo and case will offer plenty of USB ports.
Also go for a single 1TB SX6000 SSD as it's just more efficient and less hassle than 2 smaller drives. I'd avoid the really cheapo SU630 in general.
If spending £50 on a cooler you might as well spend £74 and get the much better 100x
Get a TXm series PSU as they're better quality.

But as I say, can't really say without knowing anything about the system.
