what monitor are you pairing it with, what resolution and refresh rate or make and model if you’re unsure?

It's for video editing, graphic. Design and gaming. the monitor is MSI Optix MAG241C Full HD 23.6" Curved LED Gaming Monitor refresh rate of 144ghz

Thanks I've made a few upgrades:

The ram I've changed to 3000mhz

The motherboard to gigabyte x570 gaming x

The ssd to 500GB SEAGATE FIRECUDA 520 GEN 4 PCIe NVMe (up to 5000MB/R, 2500MB/W)

I wouldn't know how to maintain a water cooler so I went with noctua nh-u14s ultra quiet.

I upgraded the case to PCS SR-628B RGB GAMING CASE

I upgraded the psu to 650 W however not ultra quiet.

I downgraded the gpu to amd x5700 8gb

Anything else I should review?

That's not a good case
You want faster RAM, 3200 would be the default
For the GPU you will likely want to stick with Nvidia, if the budget allows the 2060... if not the 1660S is fine, especially for gaming.
You will probably want 2 drives, to support a cache disk, so I would probably go for 2 lower class ones over 1 high class
550W TXm is more than fine if you select either Nvidia GPU
The Cooler suggested is completely sealed and requires no maintenance. If you are insistent on the 3900X you want a H100i RGB platinum on there as a minimum.
