What does "3 year labour" mean?

If this line is taken from the warranty description, it means that any time spent by us fixing the machine at our premises is on us, so as standard, 3 years down the line you can get your machine fixed just by paying for collection & delivery (or arranging your own) and paying for any parts that need replacing (or providing us your own).
