Thing is I cant remember where I found it on the site, reason being I had to go and mess with the bios, as I was getting the odd BSOD (p2p games only) due to conflicts with the killer nic and my on-board nic. Worked fine after I stoped the intel one booting, however I had a overclocking faliure. This morning before work, & rest to default setting, this in turn killed my Raid setup 
anywho after getting Raid 0 back up I would like to find my original OC setting, there is one other issue.... I now have my 2nd case fan operating at lower speeds help?
