What would you change? PLEASE HELP!

I need a pc that can:
- play games at max, and high settings for at least a couple of years.
- watch 1080p movies.
- fast for coding softwares, e.g. netbeans is used for java.


Below is a list I created myself
- The total cost is £1559.

The question I have here is:
- Can you cut this cost down to £1200-1300.
- Without affecting too much of: pc speed, game speed & graphics.
- The monitor, HDMI cable, silver warranty, wireless card, keyboard must NOT be affected.

I know it's an impossible thing to ask, but please try if you can see some areas which can be cut down.

Just a little tip for you if you stick to 1 thread instead of starting many you will get more help as many people on the forums don't like to reread and repeat things over and over on extra threads also aswell as this one you have just started asking what to change about 2 and a half hours ago you started 1 asking which of 2 builds is the best.

I am not trying to have a go at you or anything it's just much easier if you stay in 1 thread then all the advice you get from people will be in the same place and any changes in budget you can just add on or any builds you want checking over and then you will get the system you want.
