So a week or so after receiving my PC, I received an e-mail from PCS asking me to fill in a Trust Pilot review and then click a link to get an 8GB USB Stick. I done so, filling in the review on the 8th of september (http://www.trustpilot.co.uk/review/www.pcspecialist.co.uk/522c8bc70000640002584e0b), and I was led to believe that the 8GB stick would be sent out shortly after the review was published. I have still to receive the stick though so was wondering when I would get it?

As far as I know random selection, you need to get an email for it.
Not everyone gets the chance to do it, I don't know what percentage of customers do get the chance, I didn't on my first two PC's I bought many years ago, but the most recent one I did.
I just assumed it was for anyone who bought/received a PC from them within a certain time frame. It was a pleasant surprise and I was more than happy to write a review (actually, I would have written one anyway, but I was just planning to have a little more time with the PC before I got round to it)
I did have a fairly long wait, I wrote the review at the start of the month and received the stick last week. Didn't really bother me though as it was free!

I bought a £60 (i think) HDD. FREE STUFFZ!
(I'd call it RNG, but then I'd be lying, because there is clearly a 10 strong team at PCS that has the sole job of assigning the FREE STUFFZ both maliciously and unfairly )

I had the offer of an 8GB stick. It's a nice gesture from PCS but does involve a lot of work.
I had some video and pictures, did the 3DMark and Passmark tests and compared video rendering with the old desktop. I wrote about a page but that is as far as it got, I had more pressing things to get on with. If I am that desperate for an 8GB stick then I shall go out and buy one, it's a lot less hassle.
Unless of course all you are going to say is "It's brilliant - now gimme my stick".

Sounds like you're taking the review far too seriously, a trust pilot review is more to do with the level of service received from the supplier, i.e. ordering process, waiting times, delivery, does the product work, any aftersales help? I don't really think they're too bothered about a full blown review including benchmarks, etc as that quite frankly is more down to specific hardware rather than PC Specialist on a whole.
