Where is this so called Excellent Customer Service?

The main attraction for me was the good customer service for this site and thus far, I have not received it.

Well over a month ago, I phoned up and explained the fan that arrived was damaged and did not work. They said they would ship one out the same day, all well and good but no sign of any fan to date.

I waited over a month patiently thinking they must be busy, I'll let them off. Contacted again just over a week ago, got exactly the same reply, "Will ship one out today" Ok good, 7 days later, still no sign of said fan.

Are you having me on, my patience is now wearing thin.

I am happy with the product you sold me but to be told TWICE you have shipped out the fan the same day to not receive it....

Can I have some truth please, yes I have vented this on the forum as I believe waiting over a month for a fan is unacceptable and so therefor I believe this is justified.

Dear Sir,

You are 100% justified, I will look into this for you and find out what has happened and why you have not yet recieved a fan, we do send by royal mail for things like this but that doesnt explain why this has not come to you twice, can you PM me your address so I can check it is correct on the dispatch labels we have produced on the system and ill get it sorted out for you.

That is really bad to hear bud. I take it you got no explanation as to why the original replacement fan was not sent out when you contacted PCS more recently?

Might be a daft point to make, but have you created an RMA for the fan? Might make things a bit more official if its simply a case of your request ending up in an ever increasing pile of to do's.

EDIT: Ignore this I guess.. PCS are onto it :) - Hope it gets sorted!

No explanation was given to me, they just said they would send another that day which I found a bit odd. But yes, hopefully it will be dealt with now.

I believe the mailing system may have been the problem, not PCS.

No problem at all, glad to help, I am very sorry that this hasnt been sorted quicker, sadly once it has been sent, by normal royal mail, we only know it hasnt arrived if we get told - Thanks for letting us know and we will ensure you have your fan ASAP.
