I will be going for an high end gaming computer and I'm just not sure whether i can justify spending an extra £50 for the COOLIT ECO II C240 A.L.C, my processor has i5-3570K (3.4GHz), is it really justifiable to go up to that? for about 3weeks i may be using integrated graphics till i gather money to buy a GTX 660 Ti (which i will install myself) so im expecting that this will be a big strain on the CPU

i've got the choice out of the intel socket LGA1155 STANDARD CPU COOLER, SUPER QUIET 22dBA TRIPLE COPPER HEATPIPE INTEL CPU COOLER (£19), SPIRE GEMINI REV.3-THERMAX HDT TWIN FAN CPU COOLER (£39), COOLIT ECO II A.L.C ADVANCED LIQUID COOLER (£59), COOLIT ECO II FAT BOY PUSH/PULL CONFIG LIQUID CPU COOLER (£69), COOLIT ECO II C240 DUAL RAD LIQUID CPU COOLER (SPECIAL OFFER) (£69).
yes i do plan to overclock the CPU im not sure how far but i want to run games fast but not risk overheating the CPU :s thanks for your reply again! :D

For gaming an overclocked cpu is not needed, I'd suggest just waiting until you are able to afford the pc with the gtx 660 ti and go with the i5-3570 + triple copper heatpipe. If you still want to OC your cpu a pre-overclocked system is an option.

well yea but basically im buying the computer for my family but the graphics cards are going to be mine so when i move out next year il take them and buy them a cheaper gpu to go with it as they dont really have need for the higher end gpu as such, but i just about have the moeny for the computer without the 2x 660 Ti i plan on buying or the 240gb samsung 830 series i plan on getting either, so i was planning on installing them my self at a later date (would that not be recomended? i thought it was merely a matter of connecting it into the motherboard basically) when i have the money to get them, but ill take on board the fact i wont really need to overclock the cpu and i guess the triple copper wire, thank you!

meh i might just wait altogether and get it with a gtx 680 2gb then if iever get the moeny i can upgrade to 2x gtx 680 sli, performance of 1 680 is only slightly lower than 2x 660 and less power consumption etc just means i gotta save up another £500 hahaha, thanks for your help
