Which wifi card should i buy and when is the best time to buy?

Hi!

I have been thinking about buying a new laptop for a while (mine has a burned GPU and is just slow).
I closely examed every part and i think i know what direction i'm going in.


Now my questions are:
What would be the best wifi card for me?
I'm not looking for the fastest or anything but i am looking for one with very good range (i often take the train and often my provider has hotspots but sometimes just out of reach). Most wifi cards come with bluetooth which is awesome but i noticed the "fastest" card didnt come with bluetooth and it also didnt say anything about range.

So can you guys maybe give some more info about the ranges of the wifi cards?


Also, i wonder when parts become cheaper or when new parts are chosen for the same price.
Because i would hate myself if i spent a lot money (which i had to save for a long time).
And then notice a week after that the same laptop is now 100 euros cheaper or is better for the same price. (This is just an example ofc i gues you know what i mean.) I want bang for my bucks as they say. ^^

I'm also a bit in doubt about the gpu because often i dont game but there are periods i want to do some hardcore gaming (and i dislike desktops sorry.)

I wouldnt buy the most expensive one but really am looking for a high end one so the price or product change i was talking about mainly is about the GPU because i think the GPU is most affected by changed and price (maybe also CPU but i think the CPU is a bit less important for me).

I think most wireless cards on the configurator offer similar range. You want to connect to hot spots while commuting? Find that difficult to achieve.

Prices do change but not as much as a 100 euros, there is no exact time when it is ideal to buy a laptop.

A high end laptop will be expensive. It really depends on your budget and your intended use. If you want a high end gaming laptop then you could choose the vortex chassis, if you have a budget of less than £1000 then the optimus V would be an option.

In the configurator there was one and it stated to have double range of a normal wifi card but the others said nothing about range.

Well if i find the "perfect" laptop i am looking for that will do me good for years then i think i can collect enough for a high end
I always wanted a alienware laptop because they look awesome but they are so much more expensive because of the brand and thats not worth it to me.
