White dots appeared on my Cosmo IX screen

Hi there,

I have just noticed two little white dots have appeared on the screen and I'm not sure what they are or if it is fixable. Here are some pictures

You will see on these that the dots are mostly seen on black backdrops, can't be seen on whites and clear colours, but can be sort of seen on dark colours such as red.
They don't respond to pressure, doesn't get worse or better by touching them, which makes me believe it might be fixable as it doesn't look like complete damage but I'm not sure.

What do you guys think? I've already asked PCS and waiting their answers.

Yeap, I agree they look like hot pixels, I've looked up some fixes but I don't have much hope! Except if someone has a good idea?

Did you take out the dead pixel warranty

I'm pretty positive I didn't. I never had screen issues with any of the machines and monitors I had in the past, some of which are still totally fine after 10+ years! I really underestimated the risk on a gaming laptop I guess; that's how you learn though!
