Hey all, pc was due today yet somehow its been sitting in birminhgam for almost 15 hours i didnt think much about it till i go online today to check progress and its still sitting there, decided to have a google of the courier company used by pcs only to find this http://www.trustpilot.co.uk/review/www.dpd.co.uk , why on earth would pcs use a company with a customer rating like this, i really cant understand it, then i find vids on youtube of their drivers throwing customers parcels around like a child throws around toys http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5YIbOf8Uv-4 . needless to say i now have a total feeling of dread in the pit of my stomach, will they throw my pc around the same ? is it even possible to just cancel the order now?

Basically they used to use Yodel, but many people complained about Yodel being terrible (although I myself had no problem with them) so they went with a different delivery company. Now again the majority of people haven't had problems but again as with any delivery company there will always be some complaints, and unfortunately complaints are more often than not the only thing you see on the internet.

you can find hundreds of bad reviews about any delivery company,
but DPD seem to be doing the business for PCS
so I wouldn't worry too much.

Please use this thread if you want to add comments about DPD.

And as Frenchy said, every courier has problems at some point. You could Google any of them and find 15 billion complaints.
