Will PCS install a sound card of my choice if I send it them?

Presuming you are ordering a PC from them and you arrange it with them when you order I believe they will do (though I'd give them a call to double-check first)

They will but you will need to order over the phone i think, also make sure it is sent via an insured delivery just to be safe.

I'd follow the instructions with the card, shouldn't be too hard.

I added the one i have now and its so easy, i followed a video on youtube and it was done in five minutes, just slips in and you hear the click, install drivers, i would check the cards site and not use the disc, be out of date, done , jobs a good un, if i can do it so could Stevie Wonder

Not necessarily,I have both onboard & a creative soundcard on my pc,
just make what ever one you want the default device.

I just done via the control panel, asked which one you wanted to use, on board or card , i just clicked card and its worked for the last few years
