Whats the budget? How serious are we talking when we say video editing?

Personally I would totally re work it to a six core processor, but it depends on your totally budget.

Yeah that would probably be better. 750ti isn't a blistering card but it will play games. The six core processor will speed up your editing a good bit.

here is my best take for £700, which is probably much more expensive than your spec but it will be better at gaming, faster startups and loading applications, quieter due to the cooler and fairly well balanced overall performance wise.
