I agree with what the posters above said! so there isnt really much for me to say.

I'd go for intel i5 or i7 z77 mobo, one strong gpu 670/680/7970, (unless you are or plan to go multi screens then two cards would be better)

pretty much what Tiberias said lol :)

No, the cards are connected together inside the machine, you just need to connect your monitor to one of your cards, in fact if you connect your one monitor to both cards (if it would even allow it) at once it more than likely just wont work at all.

You have selected an i7 processor and 16GB 2133MHz ram,this should handle video editing/rendering pretty well.
Not sure you would need a liquid cooler,but your choice.
