Hi all, just wondering where would I get the licence key from for my windows copy just in case something went wrong and I had to install windows again?

Is this windows 10? If so, it’s stored in the motherboard, it will auto license when you reinstall.

I would also strongly advise that you associate your copy of Windows with your Microsoft login. You'll find it much easier to activate Windows in the event that you have to replace a major component like the CPU or motherboard. Yes it's Windows 10, I never knew is was stored like that, thanks for your reply, might not need to reinstall but just in case.

I never knew that, I'll do that when it gets here.
