Windows 7 error installing

Received my new PC Thursday and only started setting it up today however I can't seem to get past the 'Setup is starting services' screen.

I keep getting the error 'The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error windows installation cannot proceed. To install windows, click ok to restarted the computer, and then restart the installation' and whenever I do restart it, it happens again so I'm in a constant loop.

I have the CD in the drive and the system recognizes the drive but it's not loading it properly. I'm a bit lost at this point

First i would reccomend shut the PC down power off and unplug it then open the case and check to make sure the cables are securly plugged in to the HDD, if that is ok or you cna just try this first if you want when you switch on keep pressing "Del" key to enter the bios when you are in there you need to select boot order priority and change it so you have boot from cd/dvd drive then press "f10" key to save and exit, it will then restart and after the motherboard manufacturer screen you should be asked to press a key to boot from disc do so and then choose to do a custom install and click on the drive and delete it do this for all drives partitions then highlight the drive to install the OS on and install the rest should take care of itself.

My HDD is set to boot #1.
Everything seems to be plugged in okay that I saw, I tried plugging in every cable I could find a bit more but they were alright at touch, its plugged into the gray sata 6.

This is the first screen I get once I past the MB manufacturer (quite a big picture):

It's set to AHCI in bios as well so not really sure what's wrong.

Above you have put your HDD is set to boot first you need to change that to your cd/dvd drive then it will just load from the disc and you can get your clean install.

Not sure if this could be the problem or not but have you tried disabling the two controllers JMicron and Marvell in the bios?
