Windows Script Host Error

Godlike
I would run a malwarebytes scan, or spubot search and destroy.
That looks a bit suspicous, and windows script host handles ActiveX which is commonly used for adware/malware.

So first run a scan, but you should also be safe to delete the file in question if not the whole folder.

I would heavily agree with Picard, AVG has been bundled with adware and spyware for sometime now, so it's likely you've got a damaged OS.

I would run a scan in safemode with malwarebytes.
