Hello all, Im selling my MSI laptop soon as i've bought a new one off this site, just wanted to know is there any program utility or tool that I can use to remove everything off the laptop, like data etc without doing a format C: and getting rid of windows.

Not with any absolute degree of certainty, simply deleting your data will not erase everything except Windows. People with the right knowledge and skills could still learn a lot about what you were doing with the laptop from the Windows work areas. The best way to be sure that only Windows is on there when it leaves you is to format the C: drive and then reinstall Windows either from the DVD that came with the laptop or from the hidden recovery partition (if there is one). If you don't have the original Windows install media (either DVD, USB stick or hidden recovery partition) you might find it difficult to sell the laptop at all.

Best bet is to do a fresh install l am afraid, unless there is a factory reset? this is also a good option.
