Wireless Display/Miracast problem (Cant connect to any device)

I`m trying to connect my laptop to my TV Samsung RU7100 using the wireless display but it doesn't work, never. When I try to connect it I always get the same issue message: "Couldn't connect to your device."

I tried to connect to 3 different TVs and had the same problem. I don't know what should I do and I cant find anything about that. I know that my integrated video card is compatible with Miracast, but the dedicated video card is not, but I do not know if it is related to the problem and if it helps to solve the problem. Any suggestion?

Same for me. It started with 1909, although I could connect first time, subsequent times it would fail. With each new Windows version it has become worse. Now it won’t connect at all.
My laptop finds the TV & shows connecting but then fails.
