Hello folks.
My manager has charged me with getting our new pc for work (busy bar in Glasgow.) The requirements are pretty minimal but also rather out of my sphere of competence in that I think I'm looking at a dedicated graphics card, however if it were cheaper i could buy an old banger for twenty quid, and have PCS fit it alongside my GPU:is this a cheaper solution? The requirements are.
So that's us. I think I'm gona use PCS as opposed to building it as I can neatly pass on any warranty queries to those guys :shifty: Id like to work up two solutions, so prospective builders pick either, or even just post a recommendation about a specific part. One budget is the absolute bare minimum build, and the other would perhaps have an ssd to keep bootups speedy. I have played with the configurator but would rather learn a little bit about what works so all input is welcome, and will likely be doused in reputation from my good self.

- Near 24/7 use, users with varying IT skills.
- Rugged design. The PC wont be directly on the bar, but the setup isn't exactly an office requirement.
- Mini itx case? I'd love to use the bitfenix prodigy. Any element of portability is welcome, so small cases are a must (though I could use a small mid-tower.)
- Max 1 tb HDD storage. Music is always streamed, so no need for copious amounts of MP3s. Basic admin docs/some pictures for the Facebook feed is really all that's going on here
- Basic word/excel use, streaming via Spotify...
