Given the rest of your spec, I'd really get a much better case, this is not one of the higher end cases, but most of your specs bits are.

Processor (CPU)
Intel® Core™i7 Six Core Processor i7-3930K (3.2GHz) 12MB Cache
Somewhat overkill if its only for gaming, an i7-3770 would be perfectly good enough, and even that would be considered overkill for someone with a much lower budget

Memory (RAM)
16GB KINGSTON HYPERX GENESIS QUAD-DDR3 1600MHz X.M.P(4 x 4GB KIT)
Again maybe a tad overkill, though admittedly RAM is pretty cheap at the moment so it probably doesn't make much difference.

Graphics Card
4GB NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 680 - 2 DVI, HDMI, DP - 3D Vision Ready
The 680 should have no problems with anything for a while, and the 4GB one will have plenty of VRAM if you are using multiple monitors, if you are only going to be using one monitor you may want to consider the 2GB version of the 680 instead.

Memory - 1st Hard Disk
120GB INTEL® 330 SERIES SSD, SATA 6 Gb/s (upto 500MB/sR | 450MB/sW)
2nd Hard Disk
1TB VELOCIRAPTOR WD1000DHTZ, SATA 6-Gb/s, 64MB CACHE (10,000rpm)
I wouldn't bother with the Velociraptor, especially since you've got an SSD anyway, the Velociraptors in my opinion are overpriced considering the price of SSD's

1st DVD/BLU-RAY Drive
12x BLU-RAY ROM DRIVE, 16x DVD ±R/±RW (£52)
2nd DVD/BLU-RAY Drive
24x DUAL LAYER DVD WRITER ±R/±RW/RAM
Do you need two DVD drives? Are you planning on copying a lot of DVD's, if not you don't really need two.

4GB NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 680
The GTX 680 4gb Jetstream has a lower clock speed than the GTX 680 2gb so it would be slightly slower. The 4gb Vram would help in surround settings but the gains are very small.

If I were you I get the GTX 670 2gb Palit Jetstream in SLI, best value for money and very close performance to the GTX 680.

Many thanks for your help, lots for me to think about there and I'll certainly be amending my build based on your advice.
