Looks good and i assuming this is a gaming spec? since your not overclocking im guessing, you may go for the 1333mhz ram which will do just as fast as the 1600mhz. 1600mhz is usually for a good overclock and is barely any noticeable different from daily use or gaming.

I would say 2 6990 is certainly overkill in my views for gaming as one already packs a big punch for games you throw at it but if your happy to go for two then go ahead.

If your not writing or creating bluray disc then you can go for the bluray rom drive which does everything including reading/watching bluray except writing to bluray as it pretty costy writing on bluray as you have 2 t.5TB storage which could be used as your media instead. but if you are, you can stick to it.

The titan will do just as a good job as the liquid cooling and cheaper unless you prefer space and using liquid cooling?

I wouldnt really recommend the bigfoot card as there are mixed reviews of neg an some posi but if you know it will be of good use to you then you can stick to it.

apart from all that, the spec is good. is there a budget that youre working on?

Thanks, yes it is for gaming. Will definatly change the bluray as I will almost not be doign any writing. Also the ram as I have never overclocked before and kinda hope with this system I wouldnt need to so can change that. The graphics cards are in there in hope of future proofing it?

My budget is under 3k

With this system spec you chose, you wouldnt even need an overclock to play games. it packs plenty of power alone already to play games with your daily use without an overclock. the a single 6990 alone should provide you plenty of future proofing :) unless you want the second one just for the extra performance fps and maxing then go ahead :)

I've readjusted:

Case
COOLERMASTER COSMOS 1000 SILVER SILENT CASE

Processor (CPU)
Intel® Core™i7-2600 Quad Core (3.40GHz, 8MB Cache) + HD Graphics

Motherboard
ASUS® MAXIMUS IV EXTREME-Z: INTEL Z68 ROG MOTHERBOARD

Memory (RAM)
8GB SAMSUNG DDR3 DUAL-DDR3 1333MHz (2 X 4GB) 8gb is plenty for gaming. ideally for gaming it would be 4gb which is enough to handle games and the pc smoothly, i left 8gb just for your future proofing.

Graphics Card
4GB AMD RADEON™ HD6990 - 1 DVI,4 mDP - DX® 11, Eyefinity 5 Capable

2nd Graphics Card
4GB AMD RADEON™ HD6990 - 1 DVI,4 mDP - DX® 11, Eyefinity 5 Capable

Memory - 1st Hard Disk
240GB OCZ VERTEX 3 SSD, SATA 6 Gb/s (upto 550MB/sR | 520MB/sW)

2nd Hard Disk
1.5TB WD CAVIAR BLACK WD1502FAEX, SATA 6 Gb/s, 64MB CACHE (7200rpm)

3rd Hard Disk
1.5TB WD CAVIAR GREEN WD15EARS, SATA 3 Gb/s, 64MB CACHE

1st DVD/BLU-RAY Drive
12x BLU-RAY ROM DRIVE, 16x DVD ±R/±RW (£45)

Memory Card Reader
INTERNAL 52 IN 1 CARD READER (XD, MS, CF, SD, etc) + 1 x USB 2.0 PORT

Power Supply
CORSAIR 1200W PRO SERIES™ GOLD AX1200-80 PLUS® GOLD MODULAR(£208)

Processor Cooling
COOLIT ECO II A.L.C (ADVANCED LIQUID COOLER) (£59) i believe its better to go for the smaller one for this case. you can get better cooling fans for the case if desired for better cooling. it will be alot easier to manage a push/pull config with this if ever desired

Sound Card
ONBOARD 6 CHANNEL (5.1) HIGH DEF AUDIO (AS STANDARD)

Network Facilities
ONBOARD 10/100/1000 GIGABIT LAN PORT - AS STANDARD ON ALL PCs

USB Options
6 x USB 2.0 PORTS @ BACK PANEL (MIN 2 FRONT PORTS) AS STANDARD

Operating System
Genuine Windows 7 Professional 64 Bit - inc DVD & Licence (£109) you can go for the home premium edition as its exactly the same as the Pro. the pro just has a few extra features that will perhaps be of no use to use or gaming so you could save yourself.

Warranty
3 Year Silver Warranty (1 Year Collect & Return, 1 Year Parts, 3 Year Labour) (£5) a must for just a fiver with your specs

Total: 2825

Configure it here :)

its suppose to but personally for me when i look at it, i think its sort of lacking. dont get me wrong, it has good potential cooling from the design of the inside and case overall but for me, it doesnt tick all my boxes on my checklist.

Thanks for the advice will have a look after work, if the case is not that good is there a much better one or is it mainly personal preferences?

Cosmos is a watercooling case, and you are using watercooling so its good for you. If you want a bigger or better case try maybe a CM Sniper, A HAF or maybe a Phantom

for your specs, id go for the Haf X, if not the, the Raven RV03. Not sure if look is needed for you but those 2 cases should deliver you some reall good cooling.
