Edited it, still getting i7 Extreme, and 2 GTX 670's so yeah, good talk.

Most games are gpu intensive, I'd get an ivy bridge processor (i5-3570) and 2 x gtx 670. Any motherboard in the configurator will offer similar performance when gaming, the rampage extreme will be more suitable for intensive overclocking.

You can buy a pre-overclocked system from PCS.

You can buy a pre-oc system similar to the one you posted above.

It will be covered by your warranty as well as having the option of better thermal paste.
I'd still suggest to consider a different CPU unless you are planning to run more cpu intensive applications. An spec worth around £1500 with the i5-3570 + 2 x gtx 670 SLI will perform better than the spec you posted in games like Battlefield 3.
