Would you pay for a game I, or another forum member made?

Ok so for a while now I have been developing my own game. Its not very good, but I was just wondering would anyone pay for something not very good? Like a small amount 20p or something...

Just wondering tbh. I'll probably make it available for free once its complete as its far from a good game XD

PS a quick snapshot of what i've got so far

Is it for mobile platforms?

If so then personally, no. But only because there are so many good (well... good is subjective, let's say casual) games available on the Play Store that are free. The only games I've paid for on mobile are the GTA ports.

If it's more of an indie title then when finished I guess you might be able to charge a small amount, or include advertisements. The graphics on the ground texture look good, far better than anything I came up with for my rubbish flash games I had to make for uni! What's it written in?

Its a PC game written on XNA. Wouldn't bother rewriting it for android/iOS, although at this point. Windows Phone is supposed to be very easy for me to port to.

I've paid much more than 20p for rubbish games in the past! That's not saying your game's rubbish either, just an indicator of whether I'd pay for it or not.

Now stop making games and get back on BF4.

Haha, to be honest its pretty rubbish but I like it because its my very own. Its like a simple version of the Black Ops Arcade game or I MAED A GAM3 W1TH Z0MBIES 1N IT!!!1 and a more complex version of Smash TV, it was developed for coursework but I want to continue developing it and possibly a new game as well. I will put the game up on a blog when its done and make it free as it wasn't my intention to make any money.

And I probably won't be playing bf4 much anymore as I've preordered Titanfall :D

In sort.... probably not, your best off letting it go for free, then offering add on's for purchase whilst you develop your product and hopefully move onto further projects.
