I'd upgrade the GPU, I'd also try to get homeplugs rather than a wireless card (more reliable ), a better CPU would give you better performance in video editing but there would be a trade off in gaming performance due to your budget.

Don't think you need a gpu if your not gaming the onboard hd 4000 on the i7 should suffice and the SSD will be faster than a caviar black.
Although I would upgrade the second drive to a 1tb caviar black.
