Yeah it’s definitely been a tough time for everyone and I’ve not had dealings with them before to know what things were like pre covid. This is my first ever “good” pc so I wanted an expert to build it for me. I’ll be building myself after this as that won’t ever take me more than a week :)...

Haha yeah I’m trying to look at the bright side. I’m away for most of the weekend anyway so couldn’t use it even if it came. Might just have to take a few days off when it comes.

Had my bad news email this morning. Estimated build was supposed to be yesterday. Updated to the 14th today. I think it’s pretty poor to tell someone a different date AFTER their estimated build has passed. Especially considering I contacted them yesterday. Looks like i should have done the fast...

Contacted pcs about my build since the estimate was today “the estimated build will probably be updated soon” Which doesn’t sound like good news to me. Wish I’d done the fast track now

I’m on 17 working days. I noticed a big drop in their average days orders are shipped out in this morning.

What’s everyone’s experience with estimated build date. Mine is today ? But my next five day email isn’t until tomorrow. Should I be expecting it to go into build today or just hope that happens ?
