Just to add, I'll be having a new 1080p ordered within a month, that was a question from my last thread :)

I would remove that cooler to be honest. The stock cooler is perfect for the job. You're basically putting a 2nd rate cooler onto a fairly premium build.

You get what you pay for ;)

Funny you said that, I did amend my order this morning. These were the changes:

Change to STANDARD AMD CPU COOLER from PCS FrostFlow 100 RGB Series High Performance CPU Cooler (AMD)
Item 3Change to NONE from 2x 50cm RGB LED Strip
Item 4Change to 16GB Corsair VENGEANCE DDR4 3600MHz (2 x 8GB) from 16GB Corsair VENGEANCE RGB PRO DDR4 3200MHz (2 x 8GB)
Item 5Change to 3x Corsair LL120 RGB LED Fan + Controller Kit from 2x 120mm Black Case Fan (configured to extract from rear/roof)

Got told the 3600xt comes with an rgb cooler so I decided to remove the gimmicky(?) stuff like strips, rgb ram and the Rgb pcs cooler.
Added in 3600mhz ram, 3x corsair LL120 RGB fans for just an extra £4. That's some extra money well spent I reckon! Hope you agree :)
Thanks for your help, as well as Nursemorph (not sure how to tag) you have both been extremely helpful!

All excellent choices.

If you wanted more bling you could opt for a more bling case. The Coolermaster 500 series are excellent, as is the Lian Li.

The 500D SE is the prettiest but it's also really expensive.

Contrary to the inside of the build I loved the simplicity of the nzxt h511! Glad the changes have the seal of approval!
On the subject of the case, any reason why the h511 doesn't appear on many pc config sites?

@Towley You may want to double-check with PCS on the cooler side. The XT comes with the Wraith Spire cooler but, there are 2 variants of it: A normal one and then one with an RGB ring around it. My understanding is it comes with the normal non-RGB Spire (the 3600 certainly comes with a non-RGB variant)...I could be wrong of course but I have seen no mention of RGB on any reviews of that chip

I did send them a message, attached the reply below :)

Just managed to find this info on reddit 🤦‍♂️ not sure why I didn't go there before asking!
Just for anyone else looking who doesn't know, it's just a variant of the H510 without the USB-C :)
