I genuinely don't know how to do that, and I'm not confident enough to go rummage inside the case on my own. And I don't have anyone who could do that for me. So, I thought sending it back to pcs would be my best (safest) option.
I've bought a desktop pc recently, and I seemed to have chosen a case that has very loud fans that I can't reconfigure. I'm waiting for a response from pcs, see if they can assist with this. But I think I'll have to go with a different case altogether.

Update: I migh have been talking nonsense here. I was just told by a friend that the cable I thought was the fans connecting to the mobo is actually a PSU cable. Apologies, I am super new to these things.

The 3 front fans are connected to MB, and the controls were showing in the bios, only the one in the back isn't connected.
I didn't notice any difference in speed or pitch when I adjusted them tho. Their default setting was at 50% speed, and I lowered it to 20% - I assumed I'll notice some sort...
