i did say i got it and they persisted to say that i had to pay for the RMA i am extermily annoyed with this company especially with the laptop costing £1200 any help to sort this would be greatly appriciated

I recently noticed i had a pooped pixel so i messaged the company but didnt hear back for 2 days and the messaging continued like this. they told me to open a RMA which costs £35 however my pixel protection warrenty says it coveres labour and carrage costs, be warned if you do get this warrenty...

i did opt for the thermal paste but it didnt show at first, it has now tho, i plan on adding another stick of ram along with a samsung 970 evo 1TB nvme m.2 drive later down the line the build maxed me out for a couple months wage 😂 i do also have a desktop pc with a i5 6400 with a msi 1060 3gb...
