I recently noticed i had a pooped pixel so i messaged the company but didnt hear back for 2 days and the messaging continued like this.
they told me to open a RMA which costs £35 however my pixel protection warrenty says it coveres labour and carrage costs, be warned if you do get this warrenty this company are at it. item description below for proof!!

I don't think they could have understood that you bought the dead pixel guarantee. As long as the laptop is within the one year period and the screen is not otherwise damaged then it should be covered.

I suggest you call PCS again and make it clear that you bought the dead pixel guarantee.

If you still can't get it replaced under the guarantee then PM me with your order number and I'll see if I can escalate it for you.

i did say i got it and they persisted to say that i had to pay for the RMA i am extermily annoyed with this company especially with the laptop costing £1200 any help to sort this would be greatly appriciated

If you have the dead pixel warranty then you should not have to pay for carriage fees within the first year. I will DM you, if you could reply then I will try and get this resolved ASAP.
