So I originally asked this question with a bigger budget last year however something came up which meant I could no longer afford it plus parts change so thought I’d ask again as I am now ready as honestly I have no idea where to start.
The Monitor I’m currently using is a 4K 60fps screen...

Probably a silly question but what is the difference between 4 8gb RAM and 2 16gb ones? As I have noticed there is a selection to choose between the two.
Is the 4 8gb ones better because there are more of them? Or no difference in performance.

All kinds of games really as there isn't really a 1 game I play. COD, Overwatch, World of Tanks, Wreckfest those are just some I play right now but I want a PC that can handle any current game full detail really and upcoming games like Battlefield, new COD...
