Bit of a resurrection of this thread. It was kind of never solved and I didn't need the desktop so just let it sit there for 6 months.
Anyway, now I might need it so got another USB to try boot. Unfortunately still doesn't work :( . I get the same loading screen, then it freezes, then...
So I created a new boot USB with Windows 11 burned to the same USB stick using the media creation tool.
Unfortunately, the same result. Trying to boot using the USB results in a PC Specialist loading screen with loading circle that spins for about a minute and then freezes. I left the PC...
Ok, here's what I've got on my boot priority list in bios, with recovery USB plugged in -
1. Windows boot Manager (M.2_1:512GB PSC etc. (this is the main system right?)
2. UEFI: PXE IPv4 etc.
3. UEFI: PXE IPv6 etc.
4. UEFI: USB Disk 3.0 2.00, Partition 1 (15.5GB)
So what I am doing is hitting...

PC working well but this sound is driving me nuts. It's louder than it seems in the video, may want to turn the volume up.
I'm guessing this is coil whine, or is it a capacitor problem? I tried undervolting but didn't make any difference. Starts this whistling after a while no matter what...
