I will probably change them in a 6 months or a year, will go for something same size but better Hz rating

I will be using fix position at the moment, Hopefully will be getting a house soon then can get a better dual monitor set up like I have at work as find that easier.

Ah I was unaware of that, with transferring through would that mean that I would need to go to the back of the queue and wait again?
