Hello. You don't need to overclock the cpu because AMD CPUs are already beasts especially the ryzen 9 5900x. Get more wattage for future gpu upgrades. Why don't you get a h115i processor cooler since you have the money and because it comes with a thermal paste. Google Chrome is a RAM devourer.
