    Hey man! I'm not sure if you remember but a while back you helped me out towards configuring my computer. I ordered it a few days ago and have had the email from pcs that it has now been built and going into testing! So I just want to say a big thankyou for the help you gave me and I'm very excited! :D

    Oh! I was going to ask you a question about laptops, but you probably wouldn't be able to answer it then. But I accidentally skipped the screen to certify my copy of windows. Do you know how to get it back? So I can type in that 16 digit (?) code?
