I don't think so. There's my desktop, 2 laptops, my phone, Sky Q Box and an Amazon Echo. That's it.
They were all there at the weekend when it was working fine.
I dropped them an email earlier and they got me to try a few things but no joy.
Hopefully I can get someone to remote in first and have a look rather than return it.
Thanks for your help!
I'm really sorry guys but still the same issues.
I've got a new ethernet cable, tried changing the DNS settings but getting a short period of internet using the ethernet connection then it dropped and goes onto the Wifi connection. Which itself it's great and cuts in and out. Again, all other...
It looked similar to the one I did earlier but with higher minimum, maximum and average. I didn't copy the info unfortunately.
I've changed the DNS settings as you suggested so waiting to see what effect that has, if any.
Sorry, I missed that earlier.
I tried that last night and it said everything was fine. I'm clearly not an expert (I'm an idiot) but I think it's a computer issue rather than a network issue due to all other connected devices being fine.
It always connects via ethernet upon a restart but then drops after a couple of minutes.
Following the uninstall and restart, it has stayed connected ever since. So (don't speak too soon) but maybe that has fixed it?
Uninstalled the non-Wirless adapter and restarted. As expected, it reinstalled on a restart.

The adaptor is still on the Device Manager but yeah, the network has disappeared. I can connect via Wifi but the connection isn't stable and intermittantly cuts out. My work laptop is also connected to the Wifi and absolutely no problem - steady connection.
