Got the new card today, haven't done much with the PC as just got back from work. Ran the test, here's the link. It says good, after the test. Will play some games in a few hours and fingers crossed no issues - https://www.3dmark.com/sn/1198822
Bought this 3 years ago from PCS, I mainly play CS2, R6 and COD. Memory sometimes runs at 80%, wondering if it's worth upgrading to 32GB(16x2)? If so, what is the best make and what highest MHz I can get?

Last question, since the gpu will be swapped for the same model. I’m assuming I won’t have to reinstall the drivers or is recommended to install fresh ones again?
Did all the steps, fresh install using DDU, 2min in green lines appearing. ran Dxdiag and getting error There is a problem with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 device. For more information, search for 'graphics device driver error code 43'
Started an RMA, I hope it's just the faulty GPU with an easy...
Thanks will run this tomorrow morning when home, removed the card completely today. Was easy enough, no bent or broken, discolored pins. When booting up, black screen, switched display port on GPU and then worked again. Is there any chance that the screws holding the card somehow moves the GPU...
That was my next step to do a clean install of the GPU Driver and run some tests. I have contacted PCS this morning and will see what they suggest. Any website suggestion for a good DDU?
Thanks for the insight, I will contact pcs. Will check windows activation once back from work. You are right about windows, it has been activated yesterday after I got the logs. Is this normal practice for pcs not to activate them? I’d assume this would have been picked up by pcs when testing...
Quick update, played cs2 for an hour. Nothing crashed but yesterday before it did fps was 200+ and now hovering around 100 and feels laggy. Definitely something isn’t right.
Here are the log files. Thank you in advance https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/0jokw887w9pidcbzu2bbt/Windows.zip?rlkey=c9olhp7gldkylop2jmt93s4kl&e=1&st=xjabuw0g&dl=0
Thanks for the response. all looked good, apart from one ram slot felt a bit lose now feels more secure. Will upload the log files soon and then run the game again for 30min with the new cable to see if the issue persists.
She will have a look at it once home and try the new cable to see how it goes, she will also inspect the GPU and send me some better quality images. Logs will be posted later here too. I also think I posted this to the wrong place, should have done it at tech support rather than sales!
