From the logs you uploaded the issue you're having is definitely related to the graphics card. In the System log we see error messages for nvlddmkm.sys associated with each of the 0x116 bugchecks...
Code:

The following information was included with the event:

\Device\Video3
Error occurred on GPUID: b00

The message resource is present but the message was not found in the message table
In your Application log there are a couple of OpenGL driver errors, these too are graphics related as you can see from the error information...

Note the error data I highlighted above.

Also in your Application log there are crashes of the Desktop Windows Manager component of Windows (DWM) and these are almost guaranteed to be due to a graphics problem...

If removing and reseating the graphics card doesn't help then I would contact PCS. This should not be a Windows or driver problem because PCS did the install.

Incidentally, have you activated your copy of Windows? See Settings > System > Activation. I ask because there are licensing error messages in your Application log....
Code:

You bought Windows with the PC so there shouldn't be any issues with activation.
Thanks for the insight, I will contact pcs. Will check windows activation once back from work. You are right about windows, it has been activated yesterday after I got the logs. Is this normal practice for pcs not to activate them? I’d assume this would have been picked up by pcs when testing the system as well as QA team.

Do these errors suggest gpu hardware issue then rather than software?

If you are confident the GPU was physically removed and re-seated, and not just pushed/prodded/wiggled around for a solidity check then I would think the last thing that could be done is a removal and re-installation of the drivers.

To remove the drivers use DDU to uninstall them fully.
Install the latest drivers directly from Nvidia.

This is the first step that PCS will do likely over remote so if you want to simply contact them and have them help with this process then it's a fair shout.

After that, it's more than likely hardware so I think they would ship out a new card. If there is no confidence in fitting it though the whole PC has to go back for the swap.

That was my next step to do a clean install of the GPU Driver and run some tests. I have contacted PCS this morning and will see what they suggest. Any website suggestion for a good DDU?

DDU is it's own software:

Thanks will run this tomorrow morning when home, removed the card completely today. Was easy enough, no bent or broken, discolored pins. When booting up, black screen, switched display port on GPU and then worked again. Is there any chance that the screws holding the card somehow moves the GPU from it's place? as mentioned before it the motherboard and GPU doesn't sit very flush to the case. Probably should have got the better case in the first place and overall the cables are very tight with not much movement. My PC that was built by PCS 3 years ago seems to have been put together with a lot more attention to detail.

What screws are holding the card? You could try running it without having it securely mounted. I would do this with it lying on its side though, just to prevent any sag or stress.

Just little ones on the back of the case, I will try that if new drivers do not help

Did all the steps, fresh install using DDU, 2min in green lines appearing. ran Dxdiag and getting error There is a problem with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 device. For more information, search for 'graphics device driver error code 43'
Started an RMA, I hope it's just the faulty GPU with an easy swap fix.

Certainly sounds the case to me. At least now you'll know the swap is straight forward enough now.

Last question, since the gpu will be swapped for the same model. I’m assuming I won’t have to reinstall the drivers or is recommended to install fresh ones again?
