While I understand that if you want utilise a higher fps, you need a monitor with equivalent refresh rate.
But let's say I'm playing a game with a max fps of 60 but I have a monitor that can do 144hz refresh.
Would that have adverse or beneficial effect on the game smooth visual flow?
I've just done that and it all works well.
After buying the cables I've noticed a lot of options for a new computer monitor for gaming that's affordable.
But if I'm going to that, I will want a gaming chair or something that's so stable and comfortable.
Anyone got any recommendation for a new...

My current set up plays most of my games at full setting and some games at normal and 1 or 2 games...

I would like to say "Thank You" to PC Specialist for my PC, not only is it a massive improvement over my old laptop, but I'm playing my games that's at least ps4 equivalent with no noisy fan (My ps4pro can get quite load when playing games like Zero Dawn)

So looking at my motherboard it has a LED_C1 (12V GRB) A D_LED1 which is in use and a TPM and a COM
at the top of the motherboard we have a LED_C2 (BRG 12V) and a D_LED2 (GDV)
I'm going to look at the motherboard manual, but unless I'm absolutely sure, I'm not going to install it.
Can always install late on down the line when my understand knowledge improves.
So I've ordered a 50cm ARGB LED Strip which should be coming today and just to make sure I don't damage my new pc I want to make sure I'm installing this on the correct pins, from what I've read this needs to be a 5v connecter.
My motherboard is a GIGABYTE B550M DS3H (mATX, DDR4, AM4, PCIe 4.0)
