You can, but after searching I seen some comments that the Commander Core doesn't support DC control. There is no manual for the Commander Core, or any reference material as it's a bundle, so I'm just going off of word of mouth.

Must admit, I'm really surprised with that. Most fan controllers can handle both, although granted they do need to be configured appropriately in the software. There are a myriad of Corsair options with the controller though. I'll have a look to see if I can figure out which one you have.
