What was the other things you wanted to get info about over the phone? If it isn't urgent and simple, most of info I have found in this forum and PCS website.
This is a great forum to learn things 😉 The below is a link to one of the threads to start with.

I think, packaging depends on the PC case size. Sizes are different, and they possibly didn't have an exact packaging in stock at the time, so decided to deliver sooner anyways, but compromised a packing. This is just my speculation and thoughts, as this is what would I do if I run business. Ram...
Thanks for the specs ;) First things first: have you run a constant Windows update for a few days to make sure all updated? Could you tell us which GPU driver have you installed and what website have you got it from?
Sounds amazing! I dream about having two partners and be living three of us. Sadly, I'm not good at relationships and even one person can't stand me longer than 5 years with me.
That's why I'm having the ideal relationship with my new PC 😍
Ok, most important - one of your girlfriends? How many girlfriends do you have? 🤔
Back to ex machina - RGB Pro XT has RGB lights on a pump only, AIO fans are plain non-lighted white, while Capellix has pump and fans with shiny RGB lights. At night it looks nice when all lights in room are off...
Hi ;) I would improve some things, but too lazy to replicate the build :) If you could drop a link to your specs as explained in the below link, that would help us a lot and push a bit to work on the specs ;)...
I have chosen Corsair 5000X. They have 3 built-in RGB front fans. PCS currently don't have them in stock, but a tower box can be purchased from anywhere else and be delivered to PCS, just need to pick an option 'use my own PC case' and while ordering there is a field to write down a PC case name...
My build I just bought is also 5800X, very nice and powerful CPU, I paired with Corsair H115i just Capellix, but these aren't much different from RGB Pro XT. So far I didn't have a chance to push a CPU to the limits see how AIO works on higher CPU temperatures but CPU being on a 60% workload...
It comes assembled. I just bought and received a few weeks back, still enjoying days and nights together my private gaming session, absolutely love it. The only thing to do when it comes in, need to remove from box, open the tower box, remove inside packaging which prevents the parts from moving...
This is interesting! I have returned my GPU and getting a new one with Fedex. This time it's coming straight from Leeds and now currently in Dublin Fedex facility (after the customs clearance). It means that sometimes there is a plan B for their routing to Ireland.
If you play Cities Skylines with lots of mods and DLCs, 32GB Ram would benefit. I have around 100 mods/assets and a few DLCs, and it eats 20GB of Ram. Just the heads up ;) If you play with less mods 16GB Ram is enough 👍🏾
2060 Super isn't really for 1440p, it's more likely for 1080p only, but it also depends on the games you'll be playing and your budget?
What is your monitor (refresh rate, resolution)? Will you only be playing or also streaming, editing?
Very much agree. Overall, very solid build 👌 Well done, OP!
Now, just a question, what monitor (resolution, refresh rate) and how many of them you will pair this PC? And what you'll use the PC for: gaming only or also streaming, video/photo editing? What games about you'll be playing?
Ah, that's what I was afraid of but wasn't sure about :( Thanks for clarifying! I think only the Corsair H (whatever numbers) i is iCUE supported, but not x.
Welcome ;) It could be just a two colours strip, not RGB. Could you show us a full list of your specs please? Best, if copied from your orders page.

I highly recommend repeatedly running Windows updates for a few days until fully updated. This may take some time and a few restarts.
Only then a graphics card drivers should be installed.

Check the below thread. Hope this helps ;)...
The above isn't full specs, did it come with OS or you've installed it yourself? Drivers and Win 10 fully updated? When you open ICUE, does it recognise and show this AIO? If so, you can adjust fan speeds on ICUE, if not, then do it through Bios ;)
What's the AIO position - top horizontally or...
What are your full specs?

Have you tried to adjust AIO fans' speeds on ICUE or Bios?
