I was able to get the Gaming center software after speaking to PCS, but each time I set my keyboard backlight settings, they seem to work only until I shutdown and seem to reset after that. Does anyone know why that would be the case ?

I have a file called "08_nVidiaVGA_W10.zip" in my PCS downloads. You probably need something similar unless it's a case of missing PCS downloads.
