I think PCS will face a lot of cancelled orders. Customers can’t wait weeks and weeks for a 3000€ product for which now, it is possible to find some stocks at some resellers. (Ryzen 5000). Even I could find a 3090 rapidly at a French resseler. This is why I ordered a PC without GPU.

Update : My PC was sent by PCS to FedEx the 4th of Jan. Currently,the 12th of Jan, it is still in FedEx UK. I am in France incredible and unacceptable

After one week being sent to FedEx by PCS, the computer is still in UK and FedEx doesn’t confirm yet any delivery date (To France). delivery will probably take more time than building + testing....

My first PC I RMA’d one month ago was sent by DPD, and I am in France. It arrived in 2 days.

Yes, my tracking link shows now Stansted. I am in France, so computer should arrive by the end of next week I hope.

my PC is still in UK after one week being sent .... It is at Bishop’s Stortford. Incredible.... PCS, why do you use FedEx ?????????????

Brexit + COVID + FedEx = no PC

I confirmed I didn’t receive the PC today, despite the FedEx confirmation on their tracking site. The tracking confirmation is even not updated. ‘But I am not surprised, FedEx is probably the worst forwarder company in the world. PCS, you should use DPD, who is more reliable.

I am pretty sure I will not receive it today. And I won’t call them, as I don’t want to wait for 1 hour on phone and pay additional money to know when I receive the PC.

I am in France. my status is also stuck since 2 days now : « Left FedEx facilities from Leeds » since 6th of Jan. the status still says That the delivery is planned today until 6:00pm (French hour), but status still stuck at « Left FedEx facilities from Leeds »

Finally the FedEx tracking moved and now the delivery is confirmed for Friday. Cross my fingers :)

I would like to see status « in transit ».... Mine has not changed since PCS confirmed the order was sent, as if FedEx wouldn’t have received yet the PC from PCS. I have sent 3 mails to PCS in order than they checked with FedEx, but no feedback yet.

my fear is mainly from FedEx side. PCS has sent my order on Monday, and since this time, the delivery status at feeex has not moved at all. « delivery information sent to fedex ».....

My build is in test since yesterday. Ordered the 8th of Dec. 5900x No GPU. In order to save time, we have committed that they reuse the 5900x from the first build I RMAed.

UK Borders closed. Guys, don’t expect any deliveries before mid January ...if borders can reopen. AMD and NVIDIA shortages + worldwide component shortages + COVID 19 + Covid outbreaks in Europe soon if new virus resist to vaccin = keep your current builds or be patient like a Bouddist 😊
